Terms of service

These terms govern paid RankRush leaderboard placements.

Service

A bid purchases seven days of promotional leaderboard eligibility. It does not guarantee clicks, sales, customers, investment, or a permanent rank.

Payments

Prices are shown in USD and processed by PayPal. A listing activates only after server-side confirmation of the exact completed payment.

Your responsibilities

You confirm authority to submit the product, that its information is accurate and lawful, and that it does not violate third-party rights.

Ranking and availability

Positions change when verified bids are completed. RankRush may remove prohibited listings and correct technical errors.

Refunds

Contact us when a completed payment fails to activate because of a verified RankRush error. Activated placements are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to a placement is limited to the amount paid for that placement.
